Randy Seaward

Randy Seaward, Newfoundland native, is a professional illustrator and graphic designer with over twenty years of experience. Born in Channel-Port Aux Basques, NL, he received his first art award at age eleven and had been inspired by art ever since. After graduating high school, Randy attended the Centre of Geographic Sciences (COGS) in Middleton, NS, studying Applied Communication Arts and Graphic Design. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, he started his career as a designer for a glassware company in Bedford, NS. He later worked in St. Stephen, NB as a layout artist for a local Brunswick News agency. Meanwhile, he provided freelance art to various groups and businesses throughout the Atlantic provinces. By 2010, missing his family and his home province, Randy, along with his wife and newborn son, relocated to Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. There he worked as a sign maker and graphic designer for a local print shop, Stagg Signs and Graphics Inc. In 2018, Randy started producing commissioned art, selling portrait drawings. After much encouragement and support from buyers and art collectors near and far, he was inspired to sell his own brand of art and, has since, pursued work as a full-time artist.
